We do our best to make sure that all our divers remain safe – sometimes despite their best efforts! We are the only dive shop with 11l of O2 on our boats and as we have the only booster in the area we make sure its at 200 bar. That’s enough O2 to get a diver with decompression sickness a long way! Our DMs are regularity assigned to our Rescue classes so they can retrain and retrain with students and as technical divers working at the more extreme end of the diving spectrum Matt and David have learnt a lot about advance planning and preparing as the best way to avoid problems.
Now Evolution is happy to announce that we have partnered with international dive insurance company Dive Assure to offer our guests on-the-spot comprehensive dive insurance. If you’re coming for a week or a year we can guide you through a simple sign up procedure by the end of which you will have priority access to local Recompression Chambers and dive related medical experts. For as little as $39 for a week you can buy peace of mind in the unlikely event that your dive trip doesn’t go exactly as planned. And of course the insurance also covers problems with travel, stolen dive gear and all the usual things.
