My name is Mo and I would like to introduce myself as a new staff member here at Evolution 🙂
My main role is to manage the resort and the dive centre, but I am also a PADI instructor and LOVE to dive and teach.
I have previously worked in Phuket and Bali, both very beautiful destinations – but since arriving in Malapascua I have been overwhelmed by the beauty of the people and the stunning beaches of this island. But above all, I am fortunate to “work” with amazing guests from all over the world!

In case you’re wondering where I’m from…I was born in Japan but raised in the US. I look Asian, but my English is much better than Japanese at this point. I love ice cream, chocolate, and a good cup of coffee!
I last lived in New York City for 12 years, and decided to give up a life in the concrete jungle for a new life in paradise. And a paradise, I found indeed!
Every morning I wake up, put on my bathing suit and walk on a white sand beach to head to my office.
Not sure if my life could get much better than this!
