Since Evolution’s humble beginnings where we started with just 2 owners Matt and David with one compressor staff, we have now grown a little and so has the team.
If you have ever stayed with us in our resort, you may have fond memories of various faces that greeted you in the reception office or those that served you in the Craic House. Or if you dived with us you undoubtedly remember our stars, the dive guides JoJo, Alex, Carlo or Gino.
What you may not have realized, is that we have a team of staff who work behind the scenes whose faces you may not have met or remember. But they are integral members of our family and we wouldn’t be a successful resort without them!
Our housekeeping team consists of Roselyn, Rosita and Geraldina who have been with us for years. Despite their laborsome and sometimes unpleasant work, they are always smiling and happy to work as a team. We adore them.
Joining the lunch break on this day is our maintenance staff Nelben. He is our all-around superstar, who builds, fixes, constructs, and renovates everything you can imagine. Being so isolated we cannot call a plumber easily, every problem has to be fixed in house.
We also have stock clerk Joshua (to the right) and our groundsmen Ben and Junrey (center and left). Joshua makes sure the supplies around the resort and the restaurant are always stocked. Afterall, we would never want to be without a cold beer in our bar! Ben and Junrey have the exhausting responsibilities of raking, sweeping, watering and maintaining our grounds including our white sand beach. Their job never ends, even in the scorching heat.
Then we have Epit (recent Employee of the Month winner) and Alwin, our compressor staff – Alwin is a shyer one (left) and doesn’t say much but they do an amazing job of ensuring that enough tanks are filled properly for each dive trip, and they can even help out as boat crew when needed. They are multi-talented, helpful and valuable members of our dive team.
