We are very happy to belatedly announce that Evolution’s Matt and David have been honoured with an entrepreneurial award for integrating sustainable tourist practices into the business. Evolution won the award at the recent Coral Triangle Regional Business Forum held in Bali.
The forum looks at the challenges the public and private sector face in the countries that make up the world’s greatest area of marine bio diversity.
We have always strived to do the right thing for Malapascua and for our local environment and will continue to play our role. We invite anyone and everyone to join us on this journey and help contribute to a sustainable island and economy.
This award, added to our achievement of becoming one of the dive centres with the least environmental impact as audited by Green Fins means that we must heading in the right direction.
As Matt was away and David was tied up with immigration we’d like to thank J.J Harvey from Reef World for giving our presentation at the awards and explaining how we operate.
