At Evolution we think a lot about our carbon foot print and how many miles some ingredients travel to get to our customers plate. Often its too many. However we can now happily reveal that we are offsetting some of that mileage with our very own naturally grown Cantaloupe Melons.
Here on our little patch of sand in The Visayan Sea we have managed to cultivate big, ripe, juicy melons and they are now being blended into the freshest melon shakes possible and are 100{3c584785206271acba0b48c760be4725f0625fa591b4a52f771ab721d5a102df} guilt free. They are grown using the local soil and some good down pours every few days and nothing else. The melons grow on the ground and just keep getting bigger until its time to pick them up and carry them directly into the kitchen.
It doesn’t get simpler then that. Slainte!
