Pack your scuba gear, your book/kindle, your camera and maybe a select choice of clothes you can wear in between dives! Now’s the time to come dive with us here at Evolution Dive Resort, Malapascua.
The monthly forecast on the internet might say ‘chance of showers and thunderstorms‘ here and there but we know from experience; It’s almost always sunny in Malapascua. Waters are glass-like, visibility is good, and water temperature plays around 28-30 degrees. The best part is it’s less crowded at this time of year, but we still get consistent viewings of our Thresher Sharks (Compared to other sharks, our Threshers don’t have a season. They’re here year ‘round), as well as all the usual critters such as frogfish, nudi, harlequin shrimp and so on…
Now now, we know you’re probably thinking, “chance of showers and thunderstorms doesn’t sound too good”. But trust us when we say that it’s actually a good thing. It brings cool nights without the need to use the air conditioning, it brings in some nice breezes, meaning less humidity and less sweat. And like we said, it’s almost always sunny so you’re sure to get that tan you’ve wanted.
Let’s do a quick recap:
- Sunny with a chance of rainfall
- Ocean is glass-like flat
- Visibility is good
- Water Temp is warm
- Less crowded
- Better internet connections
- Nice and cool
So what are you waiting for? Book now and see you on our shores and hopefully underwater soon!
