The Evolution dive team love nothing more than introducing people to the diversity of Malapascua’s waters, and watching them grow into competent, comfortable divers. We also love giving our hard-working resort staff the chance to experience the aquatic wonders that surround their little slice of Visayan paradise!
Many of our staff, from our smiling waitresses in The Craic House to the boisterous reception team have been given the opportunity to explore the local reefs through the PADI Discover Scuba Diving program. In some cases, our local resort staff have progressed beyond this to further training – Open Water, Advanced Open Water, and even up to Rescue Diver!
As the Evolution staff really are a big family, it is also an awesome experience for our instructor team to be able to share their knowledge and skills with those who would otherwise never get the chance to see the wonders that inhabit the reefs surrounding their home. If you are lucky enough to dive with these guys and girls on your visit to Malapascua you’ll of course notice one thing – even as novice divers, they all possess solid buoyancy skills and nice trim! It is after all, the Evolution way!!
